Appointments can be booked online up to 12 hours in advance.
Sol Bodywork is committed to dismantling individual, systematic, and systemic white supremacy, ableism, homophobia, patriarchy, and other oppressive structures.
These forms of harm exist as ideas about the body and therefore are felt in the body: as such, I believe trauma and bias informed bodywork is an important aspect of collective healing.
