Gift Card Policy

Sol Bodywork offers gift cards as a convenient and thoughtful way to share the benefits of wellness and relaxation with friends, family, and loved ones. To ensure clarity, transparency, and fraud reduction this policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the purchase and use of gift cards.

Nonrefundable Policy

All gift card purchases are final. Gift cards are nonrefundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Once a gift card is purchased, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances as long as Sol Bodywork is open for business.

Redemption and Use

• Gift cards are used for massage therapy services at Sol Bodywork business only.

• Gift cards must be presented at the time of payment.

• If the total amount of the service or product exceeds the value of the gift card, the remaining balance must be paid by the customer.

• Gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.

Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

Please treat your gift card like cash. Sol Bodywork is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced or refunded. Gift cards are emailed to avoid lost or stolen cards. No tangible cards are mailed.

Expiration and Restrictions

• Gift cards do not expire and have no maintenance fees.

• Gift cards are valid only at Sol Bodywork massage therapy business and cannot be used at other locations or businesses.

• Gift cards are non-transferable and may not be resold.
