I’ve been a massage therapist since 2012, a Yoga Instructor since 2009, a Reiki healer since 2000 and a certified breath coach since 2020 with special focus on trauma informed biodynamic breathwork. In 2024 I completed a certification with Integrative Psychology Institute based in Los Angeles to become an Integrative Trauma practitioner. I focus on unraveling the overstimulated nervous system to promote safety and trust in the body. Your body is a map and storage house of every experience you have ever had. It carries deep ancestral memories and DNA potential. It’s your way of navigating the world; like experiencing a sunset, holding your child or eating your favorite meal. So many of us carry repressed and trapped emotions within multiple areas of our bodies, without even knowing it. In fact, we can go for years, even decades, completely oblivious to the blocked energy our muscles are holding on to. This repressed energy is responsible for countless ailments, postural deviations, and chronic health conditions that cause us great suffering.

Sensations in the body can give rise to held emotions and deep wisdom. I would like to shed light on becoming aware of the initial stages of sensation in the body and create a safe space to feel without resistance or to relax around the state of resistance for integration rather than suppression/repression. Consciousness is not separate from the body. We feel the extension of this when we experience stress from negative thoughts and forget to fully breathe. Our bodies are adapting and evolving at the rate which we surrender into them. I approach the body with reverence for inside is a whole universe in constant evolution and connection to source. In an unconditionally loving, safe, intentional environment with flowing nurturing movements, the body and soul are supported to release, transform and allow the infusion of divine energy. To be present with ourselves and our environment activates the light within all.

The power of my work is about intentionally held presence rooted in Aloha. This looks like baring witness to each unique and sensory oriented human on a communal journey of processing an interconnected world. My goal is to assist in regulating your nervous system to help recover authenticity to self. If authenticity has ever threatened attachment/survival; you’ve most likely had to unknowingly disconnect from yourself and on some level even replaced this with hypervigilance and/or a core belief system which the body has had to compensate for. Intentional presence rooted in Aloha (unconditional acceptance) aims to remind you of your divinity. Sacred Lomi (one of my favorite offerings), especially awakens spirit within the body by unraveling deep ancestral and childhood patterning, dislodging detrimental cellular memories and replacing with pure light and Aloha. Through this sacred Hawaiian passed down lineage, I focus on embracing the whole being (physical, emotional, energetic) into integration through the sacred touch of the ancient healing art of lomilomi and my intuitive sensitivities in the realm of energy healing. One gift in this work lies in nonverbal processing and the entrance into a trance like meditative state bypassing the thinking mind and entering the heart space. It can mimic a floating in water sensation. Our sessions act like a homecoming to your higher self. In the shamanic sense, a calling back of all that is yours and releasing what no longer serves. This process allows for the authentic self and soul energy to return to ‘pono’, full alignment.

We are already so connected by the air we breathe and the Earth we walk on. Making space for all cultures and ethnicities is a value I hold dear. We all have a story to share and a body, heart and soul to listen curiously with. When we fully realize our true interconnectedness, our somatic approach can soften. It is a journey of heart-oriented ongoing evolution I am dedicated to uphold.

I am proud to spread the rich lineage of Hawaii. I welcome all ages and diverse backgrounds and look forward to holding sacred space for you. Together we can guide the body into its natural harmonic state.

“The way we hold and move our bodies reflects a history of perception patterns, thoughts about the world, mental maps charting territory inside and outside the body, as well as movement patterns and the reactions we received from them. The flesh has embodied our mental and emotional history, and as long as it is alive it provides lessons and even opportunities to find freedom and understanding from mental confusion.” Richard Freeman
